A horrible experience that strongly resembles a scam

We booked the property at the beginning of November, paid the full amount, and transferred the required deposit on time, exactly as requested. Unfortunately, on the day of arrival—just one hour before check-in, while we were still on our way to Paris—we received a poorly written message informing us that we would not be able to access the property and that we should come the next day. The message felt unbelievable and raised serious concerns about a possible scam. We immediately tried to contact the owner via messages and phone calls, but received no response. We then reported the issue to Booking.com, who also attempted to reach the owner without success. After more than seven hours of travel and being only one hour away from our destination, receiving such a message at such short notice was extremely distressing. This was a truly horrible experience.

We have never before experienced such extreme irresponsibility and such unacceptable treatment of guests.

Its a condo unit probably owned by elder people as evidenced by the furnitures. Its in a gated community so entering the unit was a little bit of struggle.

Cosy big apartment. Owner is helpfull, when hairdraier broke down the second one was given next to us next day. Very good location, close to metro station and auchan. There is view for Eifell Tower 😍. Comfortable beds. Very good time, thx.

Kettle and coffe maschine doesnt work. There is no tablets for dishwasher. Deposit is taken from account

More than great for family with car

Space. Huge appartment. If you travel by car this is a must pick since the parking is huge and guarded. Appartment is fully equiped and more or less brand new.

More bed sheets, blankets... nothing else!

Very nice place, have everything what you need very close to any stops busses,metro,trains . Very quiet and u are able to see the eiffel tower from your balcony .I highly recommend it if u looking for a calm and quiet environment.

The property has everything you need. Is close to the Metro station and has a view to the Eiffel Tower.

The shower is difficult to regulate, keep switching from hot to cold during the bath.

No nos abrieron la puerta la primer noche... vergonzoso

Nada

No nos abrió nadie la primer noche. Tuvimos que pagar una noche de hotel en otro lugar. En ningún momento rechazaron nuestro ingreso sino que nos dijeron todo el tiempo que alguien nos daría la llave. Ante la situación debimos caminar mucho para encontrar otro hotel y pagar nuevamente por esa noche. El alojamiento no quiso hacerse cargo de lo sucedido y nos negaron el reembolso. Pésima actitud. No vuelvo nunca más ahí, no son confiables. No los recomiendo.
