It was exceptionally clean, the staff was absolutely amazing and the location was great. There’s a fridge with milk, cookies and a coffee machine in the kitchen, which is very complete.

Really beautiful room exactly as in the picture, great bathrom and a shared kitchen which you can use whenever you want. The hotel is located in the centre, you can walk from there easily.

Facilities. Staff. New, clean, and well kept.
Comfort all around. AC didn't work well, which I guess is typical for Madrid. Beds were uncomfortable. The street noise was the worst part. The big windows allow all the street noise to come in. It's on a busy street, loud all through the night. Every bit of sound goes into the rooms, nothing is diffused. Our previous stay in Madrid, while also on a busy street, did not have this issue.
