We had a wonderful stay here. The pool was perfect for cooling down at the end of the day, and the short walk to the beach made the location ideal. The hosts were truly lovely—attentive and welcoming throughout our visit. The food was outstanding, with the pineapple curry and parathas among the very best meals we enjoyed in Sri Lanka. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and great hospitality

There are many things we liked about this place. The room was wide and clean, and the terrace on the garden was great. You could also see the seaside from the side. Position is great: you can easily reach Talalla beach in 5 minutes walk, and it's absolutely worthwhile. The are some waves almost all the time, but the beach is huge and without many people, it is peaceful and nice. The family owning the place is wonderful, warmly welcoming the guests, and trying to support all the time. Food is great, one of the best breakfast we had in Sri Lanka. They also serve dinner. A swimming pool is also available, good size and well kept.

It seems there was an issue with water pressure and hot water: there was not much flow in the washroom, and hot water was discontinuous. There is unfortunately some construction work just in front of it, blocking the seaside view from the terrace at the second floor (eating area).

The hosts were super nice, served us very tasty local food. The room facing the sea is very spacious and comfortable. One of our best stay of our entire trip in Sri Lanka. Great location if you like quietness. Sumptuous Tallala beach only 5mn away.

Staff were very friendly and supportive. Food was really good.

Ongoing construction work in the neighborhood, which I understand that they can't do much about.
