I love the room but not when have to climb up to third floor. We already informed the staff to get lower stair as my husband is having gout. Staff kept saying we couldn't change the room as we booked online. Furthermore, there is no mirror, no complimentary drink/coffee and in fact no kettle. Coway is provided at each level. Tv has internet and able to watch youtube. For me the room is okay as long as there is a lift.
