Not suitable for long stays

Great location, quiet most of the time but did have a few days of loud construction work at adjoining property. Nice pubs nearby for dining.

Extremely uncomfortable sofa and the tv placement was too high to make viewing enjoyable. Property is poorly maintained and dirty. No clean towels provided and we had to buy our own supply of toilet rolls, hand soap and dish soap. An ok stay for a night or. 2 but would not recommend for longer stays.

Pleasant but disappointing.

Homely and clean.

The misleading information about the car park. States has a small car park to rear of property. What they don’t tell you is that if you drive anything bigger than a small hatchback you can not fit through the narrow entrance. The free street parking is also misleading as most of the roads are double yellow lined and spaces quickly get filled by the locals.

Decent for the low cost.

Location was good, price was relatively cheap.

Old chicken found in the little plug in oven / air fryer and a lot of greasy pots, cutlery etc made us lose confidence in the cleaning regime of the property.

It was perfectly described and very convenient for our needs. Comfortable and clean and secure. Good shower size and everyone was happy with the find.

Only one negative is the car park is very small. Only 3 bays navigated through a narrow gap into courtyard. I have a mini and that was ok, but anything else I wouldn’t have tried. But it was listed as limited parking.

Comfortable

Close to the event I went to. Clean and tidy.

It’s next to East Midlands Airport and has single glazing. You can hear flights for most of the night. There seems to be more traffic than expected past the property & some loud motor bikes over night. Again all could be resolved with Double Glazing. A single socket in the Kitchen area for all appliances. Kettle, toaster etc.

Really lovely apartment stay - would 100% stay again

Absolutely loved my little apartment stay, it was perfect for what I needed and has the COMFIEST bed ever!

I still had the best stay and would definitely return but a couple of little things - there was a washing machine but no washing liquid for it, the kitchen tap when on full leaked upwards towards the cupboard, shower was amazing but also a bit leaky and would maybe suggest adding a bigger mirror as there's only the bathroom mirror which hairdryer/straighteners etc don't stretch to (and can't check full outfit before leaving for the day 😅)

Ideal for Donington Park!

A brilliant apartment and really simple instructions for self check in. We were staying to attend racing at Donington Park and were able to walk to the track from the property although a regular bus service is also available.

Ideal place if you're going to Donnington Park

Location was ideal, very quiet. Close enough to local amenities, and less than 10 minute drive to Donnington Park.

We liked the location and was easily accessible. The apartment was very clean and had virtually everything we required.

The rug in the floor was quite slippy. We had to take it up as we did not want any accidents. A full length mirror in the living area would have been more useful than the clock that did not appear to be working.

Super bike weekend

The location to Donnington park race track and a host of others including the Great central railway.at Loughborough. Free parking off the road and a little tight but fitted a 4x4 in with guidance. Lovely clean modern apartment with everything you would ever need.

The step i missed on the way in being a goon getting the door code on route.
