Good location, everything you needed was in there. welcome pack was useful
unfortunately previous nights occupiers had a party and despite the cleaners best efforts the house smelt of cannabis and a lot of stains on carpet. made it look unclean

Car parking for 2 cars. Property was clean.
Had a strong unpleasant smell. Unable to locate bins for rubbish. Quite a distance to high street for pubs and restaurants.
