The location is excellent,calm and close to the most of POI, bus traffic, sea, beaches, restos, groceries etc; kitchenette and bath are good equipped and comfortable, TV set doesn't work although we used it as radio.
Double bed could be more comfortable.

Top Lage, nicht weit von der Promenade entfernt. Supermarkt und Restaurants nicht weit weg. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Definitely summer time is one of the best for this price (55-60 euro). Good location, detached house, parking place, poker club on a corner :)))
Winter time was crazy wet and cold place. Even air conditioner +31° warm up didn't help. All our clothes after 5 days was a bit damp (washed clothes didn't get dry, so we didn't wash again...), only necessary - panties:)
