It's a great place, well maintained and located perfectly. I really enjoyed 90 percent of the place.
The walls and roof are very thin. I could hear everything the people above me were doing. Every time they walked it was so loud. I know that's hard to fix, but if there's some foam or something you can put in between the levels it would be great.

Close proximity to restaurants and shops. Very walkable. Close to beach.
Parking garage very difficult to get into! We have a larger SUV and it took some maneuvering.

parking slots too narrow
lots of noises with people above us. Never slept. They were up at 2am and 8am clonking with shoes and could hear talking
