Lovely place, but our stay was spoiled by poor service and lack of support when the gas ran out.

The campsite itself is very nice: clean, good facilities, a beautiful pool, and a lovely beach with plenty of shade from the pine trees. The tent was well equipped with a kitchen and cutlery, which made things comfortable.

But our stay was ruined by the way a problem was handled. On the last evening, the gas in our tent ran out and nobody was available to help because the company in charge takes Sundays off. The bottle was replaced only the next day, just before checkout, without telling us. Worse, the new bottle was leaking, and by the time it was fixed, it was already checkout time. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, the staff blamed us for reporting it on Sunday and made us feel like we were bothering them. For the price of an apartment, losing a whole night of having no working kitchen is unacceptable, and the lack of communication and empathy was shocking.

Brilliant campsite in beautiful Croatia

We stayed in the bungalow tent and it was functional, clean and suited us as we love camping under canvas. The tent had everything we needed on arrival and was well equipped for our stay as 7 of us. The site was immaculate, being cleaned hourly, the pool was brilliant and staff so helpful and welcoming. We loved it so much we booked to come again next year before we even had left!

Gute Lage, kurze Wege zum Sandstrand.

Bettdecken und Kissen sehr schmutzig, hatten eigene Matratzen und Bettdecken mit. Die Ausstattung der Küche war okay, aber vieles verschmutzt. In den Töpfen klebten Nudeln vom Vormieter, Teller, Gläser und Besteck auch nicht sauber. Bei der Ankunft erstmal alles geputzt und abgewaschen….

Összességében jól éreztük magunkat, de ha visszajövünk ide, akkor mobilházat fogunk foglalni!

Nagyon jó volt a környezet, közös fürdőkben a tisztaságra nagyon odafigyeltek, folymatosan takarították. A medencék vize frissítő, nem langyos, és ez jól esett a hőségben. A gyerekek nagyon élvezték a medencéket! Nagyon gyerekcentrikus az egész szálláshely, és a környék is!

A bookingon faházkent foglalt szállás valójában egy fa alapra épített sátor volt, ami eleg nagy meglepetésként ért minket! Szerencsére a gyerekek rugalmasak, és így is nagyon jól érezték magukat. Két éjszakára nem volt probléma, hosszabb időre viszont biztosan nagyon zavart volna minket a klíma hiánya...

Bardzo fajny camping. Jednym błąd jaki zrobiliśmy to wzięliśmy namiot safari bez klimatyzacji....i było nam bardzo gorąco. Wiatrak jeden w domku , dobrze że mieliśmy swoje prywatne Baseny rewelacyjne! Zielono, sanitariaty czyste. Leżaki za darmo. Pościel braliśmy swoją, pasuje rozmiar z Ikea. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko co potrzeba Polecam osobą które się zastanawiają

Usytuowanie campingu w miejscowości Umag Blisko plaża i liczne restauracje i sklepy

Namiot to namiot … słychać chrapiącego sąsiada 🤣 Opłata 45€ za “service” a i tak namiot trzeba po sobie posprzątać - ja nie mam z tym problemu bo zawsze sprzątam po sobie. Opłata dodatkowa za poszewki na pościel i ręczniki jest bardzo wysoka .

Piacevole sorpresa

Camping molto tranquillo e ben attrezzato. I bagni sono grandi, puliti e presenti in più punti del campeggio. La piscina molto pulita e curata, si può accedere senza pagare extra. La posizione è ottima, spiagge vicine raggiungibili a piedi. Supermercati e ristoranti sono presenti appena fuori il campeggio, attenzione ai parcheggi esterni alla struttura, sono a pagamento.

I prezzi del bar all’interno per noi Italiani risultano un po’ alti.

Schöner Campingplatz mit tollem Personal. Aber Easyatent wird es nicht mehr.

Die Lage der Safari Lodge war soweit ganz ok. Der Campingplatz und das eigene Personal sehr freundlich. Die Sanitären Anlagen waren wirklich super sauber. schöner Pool mit separatem Kinderbereich. Das Poolbistro Epulon sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.

Die Safari Lodge war leider nicht sauber, wir mussten erstmal unter den Betten und dem Esstisch raus fegen und wischen - überall waren so Staub/Wollmäuse. Das Easyatent Personal macht hier den Job nicht wirklich gut. Geschirr und Besteck ist aber nicht vollzählig. Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher leider voll mit Kalkränder.

Wakacje na tym glampingu to strzał w dziesiątkę. Nie zawiedziesz się.

Bardzo, bardzo korzystna cena pobytu. Funkcjonalne bungalowy. Bezpieczeństwo, komfort, udogodnienia - wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Piękna okolica, Strefa basenowa idealna, nie trzeba nic więcej na udane wakacje. W obiekcie sklepy, piekarnia, winiarnia, restauracja. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony bungalow. Czyste toalety. Można parkować bezpośrednio przy wejściu do kwatery, co jest niezwykle wygodne.

Trzeba wziąć pod uwagę, że obiekt jest bardzo rozległy, więc pokonywanie odległości pieszo należy wkalkulować w pobyt.
