พนักงานทุกคนบริการดีมาก ชื่นชมพนักงานที่ Front คุณเอ็ด ที่ช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาเรื่องห้องในตอนแรก ห้องใหม่มาก เงียบสงบ วิวสวย อุปกรณ์ในห้องครบทุกอย่าง สะดวก ใกล้เซนทรัลศรีราชา มีรถรับส่งฟรีให้อีก อาหารเช้าเลิศ ไว้จะกลับไปพักอีกค่ะ บริการดีมากกว่าโรงแรมดังๆที่เคยพักมา
