Lokalizacja jest super. Jak na Warszawę to "wszędzie blisko". Miejsce parkingowe to duży plus.

Mieszkanie ma potencjał ale... Czystość bardzo powierzchowna, przykładowo wywietrzniki były zalepione kurzem, Brakuje rolet na oknach co jest bardzo odczuwalne w sypialni gdzie po 4 rano jest jasno mimo zasłon. Brak klimatyzacji w ciepłe dni też nie pomaga. Wyposażenie zwłaszcza w naczynia bardzo skromne.

Location close to public transport and shopping options. Very comfortable set-up in the apartment.

There was a broken curtain in the living room and no shower curtain that made it challenging to shower without flooding the bathroom. It would also be good to adjust the amount of soap, shampoo, toilet paper to the number of guests and nights.

The apartment is in a newly built neighborhood, with a Zabka shop conveniently located on the corner. The kitchen appliances are in good condition, and the bed is comfortable. There is a washing machine and plenty of storage space, which is great for a longer stay. Parking is available in the underground garage (reservation needed), with direct elevator access to the floor. Communication and invoice handling were smooth and easy via WhatsApp.

The shower and sink are poorly designed, causing frequent flooding in the bathroom – clearly visible from the damaged wooden door frame. The mop provided was very dirty, and overall cleanliness could be improved. For a two-week stay with several guests, only providing 2 toilet paper rolls, 1 trash bag, and 3 dishwasher tablets feels quite insufficient. There were no instructions about where to dispose of garbage. Also, the neighboring street is blocked by a barrier, so finding the way to the garage from the north takes extra time, or requires negotiating with security from the next street to get through.

Bardzo komfortowy apartament z bliskim dostępem do komunikacji i różnego rodzaju sklepów. Bardzo wygodny sposób zameldowania i wymeldowania, miła, cicha okolica. Szybki dojazd do metra oraz głównych dworców kolejowych.
