spacious and cosy apartment, great balcony, AGD (dish wash machine/washing machine/microwave oven etc), proximity to the supermarket, swimming pool in the yard, comfortable private parking, cleanliness and order, attention to every single detail - it felt that hosts care about their guests a lot
the stove didn't work with the available frying pans and ironing board was not very reliable (details fell out during the ironing)

Klucze do obiektu miały być pod innym adresem, nie było, potem szukanie adresu, szukanie skrzynki z kluczami ukrytej w podziemnym garażu - znalazłem przez przypadek, gdyż w garażu nie ma łączności telefonicznej. W apartamencie miały być łóżka dla 5 osób, zastałem jedno dla 2 osób. W części telewizyjnej znalazłem pościel w kanapie - to podobno miało spełniać wymóg łóżka x2 i fotel z rozkładanymi nogami - połamanymi jako piąte łóżko. Zameldowanie oceniam fatalnie. Wymeldowanie - kazano mi jechać pod jakiś adres aby zawieźć klucze, ostatecznie wrzuciłem do skrzynki na listy. Co mi się nie podobało? W czasie pobytu - gdy nie było mnie w lokalu ktoś w nim był i pozmieniał układ żaluzji i moich rzeczy, na szczęście nic nie zginęło ale miałem dokumenty firmowe i źle się z tym czułem. Co do ceny - miałem okazję korzystać w Sandomierzu z hotelu śniadanie szwedzki stół - codziennie inne, basen, dwa rodzaje saun, jacuzzi, plac zabaw dla dzieci, animatorzy dla dzieci itp za 405 zł za dobę, tu zapłaciłem 705 zł za dobę i nigdy więcej nie skorzystam z takiej formy. Basen jest ale czynny tylko w dzień, zamykany na noc poza budynkiem - brak komfortu wyjścia w kąpielówkach. Oceniam moje doświadczenie i obiekt na 1 pkt.
