Panwaburi Beachfront Resort - SHA Extra Plus

There's a lot to love about this hotel, A) The pools. The hotel has, i think two pools, one on the roof top with a bar and the swim up huge pool. we had a room that was a swim up and i loved it, the water level was just right, you could properly swim in it... 10/10 and we had the clear Kayaks you could paddle in. B) Staff service was amazing from the welcome, the reception team and restaurant team. C) The hotel is beachfront, so the views and you can go for a swim..or catch a boat haha, D) you can borrow for free a paddle or looks more like a surf board 🤔 😂 definitely worth it....

The hotel itself is ready to get the view the full access and the kayak you can take trendy photos and the third floor Infinity photos is also nice you get a good view of the beach in front , the staff are friendly helpful if you need something but if you're looking to take photos sometimes it can get crowded majority of the time, they do also provide things like umbrellas in your room in case there's rain if you're going off season, overall nice place

Two things first of all the location it's far away from everything besides the hotel and the beach and that's not the main Beach that you want to visit if you want to get to Phuket Old Town or other areas like baton you probably better off staying in that area also the restaurant for some reason when we went there for lunch when we arrived it had a very very strong fishy smell

Everything is perfect I recommend this place as the perfect place in phuket

Great pool, the rooms were adequetly clean and the the scenery of where the hotel was located was beautiful. Away from major crowds and more "excitable" travellers and areas of Phuket. Felt relatively safe. Looks great in photos

Furnishings were some times cheaply done or unfinished (no soft close toilets, unnecessary cabling on lamps not properly finished, awkward bathroom layout, not all power outlets worked). The location is not great if you want to see everything mostly exasperrated because, at the time (January 2026) ride shares like Grab and Bolt were banned which made transport prices inflated and hard to get. Also fumigation was performed at odd times. From experience most hotels (if they do it) do it at 5:30pm when most people have left general community spaces like the pool, this was performed here at 2-3 in the afternoon when people were in the pool so guests were doused in pesticides while trying to relax. Photos and video definitley dont match the experience.
