The keys were placed in the lock box provided with easy secure access to the apartment after 16:00hrs. The apartment was excellent, clean & comfy, with all amenities we needed. It was also within very easy walking distance to the beach & the town center. We would definitely use this apartment again although it would have been nice if there were beach chairs & umbrella provided, which other apartments have provided, when we visit Guardamar.

The room was not available until 16:00 hrs., which we knew about. My only issue is that we had nowhere to store our cases prior to 16:00hrs. We arrived at 13:00hrs as our time is based on the airline we used, On this occasion occasion we had a hire car, so it wasn't much of an issue this time. Sadly may have an impact next time as we probably wont have car next time.

good location, amazing sunny balcony, partial sea view, host fast response when we reported clogged shower and she organise a cot delivery from Amazon🙌. Comfy HUGE bed 🤩. At the kitchen there are lot of dishes, pans, appliances but also not so many space for actually your food. possibility to check in 2 hours earlier then in conditions. Central heating that is really important for winter stay.

noise of neighbours pulling furniture on the tiles with nightmare 'EERRR' sound till 3 AM🤬, smell of someone food comes by AC ducks or somehow, al the time we have to open all windows. In the appartment some renovations of bathroom ergonomic needed- hard to open water because of the cosmetics shelf location and when open door it hits another one shelf. pretty time consuming check in when you need to login on some third web site and then input all personal and passport data for everyone who traveling with you. Keys collection in other part of the city.
