This property was spacious and stylish, and the sofabed was the most comfortable I have ever slept on.

The whole property is just beautiful and inviting. A place you want to relax and spend some time. Ilias the property manager greeted me with such kindness and friendliness and made sure throughout my trip I had everything I needed. My room was comfortable, the toiletries in the bathroom smelled great, the bed was a dream, and the whole design was very well thought out for comfort and aesthetics. I will stay here every time I return to Athens and am so thankful this is where I landed.

What a great place to stay. It was the second time staying at this property. This time in their loft. Super bright, comfortable and luxurious. Very nice bedding. Everything is just right and spacious. Outstanding powerful airconditioning. I mean, it even has your own sunset terrace? Count me in! Fully furnished kitchen and even laundry washing machine. Close to lovely restaurants, bars, patisseries, supermarkets and of course the metro is in walking distance! And there is more to love: almost all, but most definitely the master bedroom has automatic roller down shutters which blocks ALL outside light. Perfect for a deep sleep! The owner Ilias is very kind and frequently at the property, in for a friendly chat! And frequently reads his messages if you have questions. And not to forget, you literally have a main entrance fence, then a door to the building and thén your rooms door to enter. They all need the given passcode or key which made it feel safe.

Not negative but good to know: - The loft is on floor 4, and the handy elevator only reaches to floor 3. - Yes, you hear the metro of Line 1 pass by clear enough. - Car parking (as anywhere in Athina mou ;) can be difficult in the vicinity of the property. (Do not rent a car when visiting Athens on itself in the first place :) Feedback to enhance this property even more: most design elements which are shown in the pictures are not present in the loft itself, which would even elevate the experience more. Just a tip! :)

Very spacious clean comfortable room with all mod cons in a spacious bathroom.

The description stated Deluxe Suite with balcony, which to us meant being able to sit or stand on it. It was not the case- just sliding doors with a railing. The windows overlooked a shabby street and dustbins and a very noisy railway line- I needed ear plugs at night! The locality was convenient for the Metro, but had no restaurants in easy walking distance. We also expected people at the reception who required our ID etc, there was nobody and as our phones weren't getting WIFI, we had to disturb another tenant to let us in. You need to remember or write down your entrance code as back up for E-entry!
