Superb

The unit is large, clean, aesthetic, and well-thought-out. The kitchen is equipped with anything one might need, including a laundry machine. The amenities around the unit are lovely and our kids enjoyed them very much. There is obviously a lot of love and attention that goes into the maintenance and orderly management of this property.

There was not enough clarity as to when the cleaning fees apply. We don't mind paying them, but it should be clearly stated, upfront, when one makes the booking. There are 2 types of fees: the overall cleaning fee of 50 euros, if you don't return the unit as clean as you found it, and the extra fees if you don't clean the BBQ and the dishes. As a person who always makes a point to return the apartments I stay in a clean condition, we obviously washed the dishes and never used the bbq and put everything back exactly as it was. However, to return the unit after a thorough cleaning, which includes vacuuming, and washing of the floors/baths is not a realistic expectation from families on vacation. This is why it's ok to charge the fee, but it needs to be clearly said so, in advance. We were left with an odd feeling that we did not pass some sort of test, and had to pay a "fine". That ended our stay on a bit of an unpleasant note.

Cinema is a fantastic bonus for a wet day with kids.

It would have been useful to know in advance that children were not allowed in the hot tub.

A true relaxing gem

The hosts are so nice, the location is amazing. We really enjoyed our stay, it's very close to Mont St Michel and a very relaxing atmosphere. The jacuzzi was a big plus, all amenities were at our disposal. Highly recommend for a truly relaxing weekend or even longer stay!

A great place for a relaxing self catering break

Lovely quiet place with plenty of outdoor space to relax, including a refreshing pool, very friendly hosts, good local supermarket in walking distance and bakery next door making it ideal for a stress free Self catering break. Great family friendly quiet cycling routes nearby and easy travel by car to Mont St Michel and other places of interest to visit. Parking is in the road outside but not an issue as it’s a quiet village. Would recommend Le Pavillion self catering accommodation for anyone looking for a well equipped comfortable place for a quiet break away.

No bar or restaurant in town if this is what you’re looking for, however food can be requested from the hosts with a little notice and the local supermarket has everything you need for a well stocked stay.”

Fabuleux

Escale paradisiaque et dépaysante. Le lieu est magnifique. Nous sommes restés une nuit en famille et nous reviendrons plus longtemps. Le lodge avait tout le confort et tous les équipements nécessaires. Très spacieux, décoration de très bon goût. Nous avons adoré : la piscine chauffée, le cinéma en VIP avec une multitude de choix de films pour toute la famille, la terrasse pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Un grand merci pour cet accueil.
