Really disgusting and not clean

Location was good as near Mont saint Michelle and swimming pool was ok.

The whole place was disgusting, it was like it had never been cleaned properly. A week before arrival we received a message to pay £400 security deposit in cash, and that we needed to bring cleaning products with us to clean after ourselves as they do not provide this. Upon arrival, the outside was rustic and was ok looking, however the inside was disgusting, it’s clear this place had never had a proper clean, there were flies everywhere, the towels that were provided were old and manky, the bedsheets were ancient, and every room was dusty and everything was old/worn. The kitchen barely had all the necessary utensils and everything needed updating. When we arrived the chairs were all on the dining table, really unwelcoming and the place was just so grubby. We were only staying for 2 nights and we had plans out in the day at mont saint Michelle so we were able to put up with it for this limited time, before we drove down to La Rochelle for the main part of our holiday. Needless to say I truly believe we left this place cleaner than when we arrived. We were asked to clean bathrooms, strip the bedsheets, hoover etc. we had a few cups and plates from the morning that were in the dishwasher and when the man came to do the inspection, he wasn’t happy that these were left on in dishwasher, so we had to wash up by hand. He was clearly looking for any reason not to give deposit back, however we said it’s cleaner than when we arrived and he did return the money. I believe what happens is that they never have a proper cleaner in the property in between guests it’s just up to the previous guests to clean the property, I don’t think it’s ever been dusted nor the floors mopped as they were so grubby, and there are flies everywhere. I would expect cleaning to be included in the price. Everything was old fashioned and dated and it was lacking a lot of modern amenities. Owners very lazy and do not look after the property! This is a one star booking - do not book, it was gross!!

Logement très bien équipé. La salle a mangé est grande et permet de recevoir une dizaine de personnes. De nombreux lits. La piscine est couverte et chauffée : super !

Des superbes vacances !

Gîte dans un petit hameau de campagne Normande. Situé à 4kms de l'autoroute gratuite, c'était l'idéal pour aller visiter saint malo, cancale,le mont saint Michel ,la pointe du grouin,caen .. Très propre ! Piscine chauffée couverte 😜 Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute de leur clientèle et très réactif 😊 Merci pour la dégustation de pommeau 😋

Tout simplement PARFAIT

Les propriétaires sont très professionnels et très accueillants Un gîte très propre et très fonctionnel Nous avons passé un très beau séjour Au Calme et avec la piscine chauffée couverte Nous pensons y retourner avec les enfants car il y a, trampoline, vélo, pétanque, fléchettes... Cette ancienne ferme a été rénovée tout en laissant des petits rappels de la culture normande👍🏽le bois ,la pierre ,les anneaux en fer...etc nous avons beaucoup aimé !

Super gîte

Maison très propre et surtout au calme Très belle surface pour tout le monde 4 wc et 4 salle de bain, c'est le top Bien équipée Une piscine chauffée et couverte. Très bien surtout le temps est maussade De belles visites à faire Des produits locaux Sébastien et Muriel sont des hôtes très sympathiques à l'écoute de leurs clientèle. Une tarte de bienvenue et un apéro de départ

Peut-être repousser la fermeture de la piscine à 21h surtout sur juillet et août quand il fait beau, car parfois au retour de la journée, on en profite pas assez

Très bonne adresse, idéal pour un groupe d'amis ou famille.

Les petites attentions culinaires à notre arrivée et pendant le séjour. Les lieux, la piscine: idéal pour les enfants... et les adultes! L'amenagement de l'étage est très agréable. Le jardin est très beau et entrenu.
