Todos estuvo muy limpio tranquilo sin ruido muy correcto el personal muy cordial instalaciones muy lindas me encantó
La llave del baño no servia al igual que la pantalla no tenía sonido y falta un restaurante en el mismo lugar

La atención de parte del hotel fue excelente, tuve unas complicaciones en mi horario de llegada y a pesar de que se terminó el turno de trabajo, me esperaron una hora más después del horario, la comunicación fue bastante buena
Fue que me llegó varios días después el depósito que realicé, fuera de eso todo muy bien

La ubicación
Poca limpieza en la habitación, el piso estaba sucio y las sábanas y cobijas tenían cabellos del huésped anterior, las sábanas tenían manchas. Te piden que des un depósito en garantía de $1000 en efectivo, cosa que nunca te avisan antes de la reservación. No hay personal dentro del hotel, literal no hay personal, si necesitas algo no hay quien te pueda atender o ayudar. El día que llegue me quedé esperando afuera, por suerte llegó un huésped al mismo tiempo que yo y el me pudo abrir. Las toallas de baños están viejas y deshilachadas, también las cobijas.
