    The hotel very clean, the staff were wonderful, the food was great. We loved our stay and in the future portobelo hotel will be our first choice.

    My flight was super delayed and did not even get to the hotel till three in the morning. We had a lot of complications with the rooms because the first room was not clean at all and so we moved to a second room which the air-conditioning did not even work. They only gave us an option between the two rooms so we up just going back to the dirty room that had air-conditioning. Altogether the front desk lady and the Bellman were super helpful in getting us situated and was not rude at all. They were amazing and she actually spoke English, which I didn’t have to fight with the language barrier.

    Es un hotel muy bueno. Todo era limpio y en orden. Solo que en la media noche nos damos cuenta que estaba super frio en el cuarto, y no pudimos apagar el aire acondicionado. Era muy complicado usar el control. No llamé a recepción para que nos ayudaran por qué no quise despertar a mis hijos. Solo nos tapamos y aguantamos el frio como pudimos.
