The house was quiet, spacious, well-equipped with good quality appliances, and nicely decorated. The ducted heating was great - gentle and quiet, and kept the house cosy. We stayed for 3 nights and even though there are a couple of other houses and an RV nearby, we only saw another person once through the window, so we had no issues with privacy or noise from other people. The views from the house are lovely - garden (with quite a few types of birds), chickens, cows, and most of all the mountains. You would not get that in many of the hotels in the nearby village. The 30-minute drive to Zion NP felt very manageable. It was nice to have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and even body lotion provided in the bathroom. Be sure to bring your own coffee and tea. An earlier review noted that the garden was not completely fenced. I think it is fully fenced now, so pets and children should be safe (though the gates are not childproof).
It wasn't until I called the owner at around 6.00pm on our way back from the NP on check-in day that we got the door code. After that, she was very responsive to the one or two other minor queries I had. A kettle would be great. We boiled water for tea in a saucepan on the stove.

The place is quiet and peaceful the farm and the view are beautiful, parking was convenient, right beside the house. The kitchen was fully equipped, nice decoration.
The kids’ bed was squeaky and uncomfortable, the dishes weren’t the cleanest and there was some dog’s fur on the couch.

Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and kitchen essentials! The yard and deck are great! The view is amazing! Right by Zion. It’s our families favorite place to stay now so definitely a homey atmosphere if the kids want to go back just to stay there again! And the chickens!! There’s feed to feed the chickens too.
The roosters, but I just don’t like roosters.

The location was perfect and only 5 minutes from the event I was in Southern Utah for. The house is older but has been updated and is furnished nicely. The beds/pillows were comfortable. We brought our 2 little dogs and having the big yard was great. My grandaughter really enjoyed feeding the chickens. The deck was nice to hang out on and had a really nice view.
We stayed for 2 nights and never could get the air conditioner to work properly. It was over 90 degrees both days so the house really heated up in the afternoon. It worked in the beginning but poorly. I did contact the owner the 1st night and we tried a few different things but with no success. He did offer to call around and see if he could get an HVAC company to come out on the weekend. By the afternoon of the 2nd day it quit blowing any cold air at all and the house heated up to 87 degrees. I did contact the owner again that afternoon but never heard back. At 11pm the house was 84 degrees and unbearable to sleep. We tried opening up the windows. About 1/2 the windows in the home don't open at all. The window in each bedroom that would open did not have a screen so bugs were coming in. Likewise no screen on the sliding door out to the deck, etc. Its in a rural area so opening windows without screens was just letting bugs in. No place to put trash. There are 2 trash cans on the property but both were overflowing. Trash bags were stacked up on the patio below the deck. This is not a single family home. It's a duplex and someone lives downstairs. At 10pm the 1st night the downstairs occupant cooked something that smelled really strong and the unpleasant odor filled the entire upstairs. We found several dying cockroaches in the kitchen and dining room area. The kitchen could use a few more cooking utensils. I was also under the impression that a grill or bbq was available for cooking.
