La amplitud y el gran surtido de cosas que tenía: en la cocina, botiquín en el baño, antimosquitos, toallas para la playa....

The apartment was really spacious with 4 bedrooms. Two of them can be fully darkened and are really quiet. You can hear a bit of the traffic in the other two. Alcaravaneras beach is just a few steps away. We went there for beach football and volleyball and swimming.
Marcus, the owner, was really helpful with anything we needed. Free parking in the garage was a great plus.
We struggled a bit with hot water. But it was solved.

L'appartement est grand et bien équipé côté cuisine, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et il y a un parking gratuit ce qui est bien pratique dans ce quartier. Petit supermarché à 5 minutes à pieds. Les lits sont confortables et il y a beaucoup de rangements. Il y a une machine a laver le linge avec des lessives, ce qui est très agréable.
Le quartier n'est pas très vivant, il y a peu de choix de restaurants tout prêt. Aucun accès sur l'extérieur car le balcon est fermé et non à ciel ouvert. La vue donne plutôt sur la ville que sur la mer. Par ailleurs, ce serait agréable d'avoir quelques capsules café en arrivant le soir, au moins pour le lendemain matin. Et eventuellement un gel douche et un shampoing dans la salle de bain.

Schönes Apartment in zentraler Lage, ideal geeignet für Ausflüge in die Stadt, den Playa de las Canteras erreicht man zu Fuß in gut 15 Minuten. Sehr gute Ausstattung, alles sauber und wir hatten als Paar viel Platz. Die Atmosphäre im Apartment wirkt familiär, man fühlt sich schnell wie zu Hause. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und bemüht, die Kommunikation mit ihnen war einfach und wertschätzend.
Den Straßenverkehr kann man in manchen Räumen schon hören. Wie das eben so ist, wenn man im Zentrum einer belebten Stadt sein will.
