The apartment is located between the historic town and shopping area and the beach. When I say 'between' I mean a half hour walk. For us that was no problem. Nice neighbourhood, supermarkets and bakery about a 20min walk. The apartment was spacious and like photos show. There is a rooftop terrace which you can use which didn't really get a mention.
Nothing really. Just be aware that you will have to walk or bus it to nearly all the sites. It can be tiring.
