Die Lage der Wohnung und der Blick auf die Berge warenr ungewöhnlich schön.Die Wohnung ist ausreichend ausgestattet und mit dem Aufzug gut erreichbar. Sie ist hell und modern eingerichtet.

Im Fahrradraum mit Schlüsselbox brannte kein Licht, sodass wir am Abend der Ankunft mit einer Taschenlampe die Schlüsselbox suchen mussten. Ein persönlicher Empfang und Übergabe wäre schöner gewesen. Entweder war generell der Fernseh-Empfang schlecht oder das Gerät altersschwach. Ein Empfang der Fußball-Weltmeisterschaft war wegen fortwährender Störungen nicht möglich. Es gab auch keinen deutschsprachigen Kanal. Bei der Ankunft stank die gesamte Wohnung nach Desinfektionsmittel, kein schömer Empfang

Ruhige jedoch ziemlich zentrale Lage. Parkmöglichkeit super. Betten sehr gut.

We enjoyed our stay here, the apartment is extremely conveniently located for the centre of Chamonix, and access to the Brevet cable car. It was a good size for two people. The apartment has plenty of private parking which is extremely useful in such a popular area. It was really easy to contact the management of the apartment, and I really appreciated their quick response to questions.

We received lots of communication before arriving about paying the security deposit and the option to pay for insurance for the security deposit: I think that the owners could better concentrate on fixing some of the small maintenance issues in the apartment instead of trying to sell visitors insurance for potential damage that they may cause: for example there are marks on the paint work in the toilet, and the crockery and cutlery is extremely old and should be replaced as soon as possible. The apartment was largely clean when we arrived but more care should be taken to ensure that it is extremely clean. My message to visitors is to take photos of all the imperfections on arrival, to ensure that you are not blamed for causing them. The apartment is expensive (however all of Chamonix is expensive) so it would be great if these small issues could be resolved. Be sure to bring extra dishwasher tables and toilet rolls if you are staying for more than a few days.
