This is outrageous and unfair. The agency is miles away from the flat. With bags and skis and no transport offered, you have to walk 2 miles from there and up a very steep hill to your accommodation. The same goes for dropping the keys. I have never seen this before. Surely you could organise something in the building itself.
The same goes for rubbish collection! We have to do it and drop everything a mile away again!!!!!!! Never never have I ever had to do this. The flat is beautiful but the service is zero! On top of it, we had no hot water for 24h and no apologies. The only way you can communicate is by whatsapp. No human contact. We may as well replace everyone with a robot. Nul point for service.

Perfekt beliggenhet, kort vei til Brevent gondolen og til sentrum. Passet fint for familie på 4 på skiferie.
