The location was really central.

The apartment smelled of rotten eggs and the sofa bed was stained, the bed sheets were white table cloths, red marks on the walls and the shower and sink were broken, plus it lacked basic things like hand soap.

Great on-the-road stay.

Because of corona, the joint hotel was closed at that time and i still had to call a person to please let us in. She wasn't aware of the last minute booking but she was friendly and we only had to wait ten minutes or so for her to arrive and she explained the situation very well. Luckily there was a phone number and she DID pick up..else we would have been in trouble because it was very late at night my little son was tired and i already paid! I just wonder why the app does not notify the person immediately of a booking.

Je n'ai pas déjeuné

Du 03 au 04 janvier 2026, j'avais réservé un appartement (n°0207) à la résidence d'Artagnan, 52 place de la République à Montargis. Je n'ai rien à redire sur l'appartement lui-même ni sur le personnel de l'établissement. En revanche, une soirée privée était organisée dans l'hôtel, dans un local donnant sur la cour située en contrebas de nos fenêtres. Cette soirée était animée par une sonorisation à fort volume, de la musique techno avec des percussions de basses particulièrement pénibles, des cris et autres réjouissances. Les convives, tous jeunes, sortaient régulièrement fumer et discuter bruyamment sous nos fenêtres. Je leur ai demandé plusieurs fois de réduire le volume et de porter de la considération pour les riverains et clients de l'hôtel, en vain. L'agent de garde de nuit n'a pas réussi à les raisonner non plus, se heurtant à des personnes alcoolisées. Les nuisances n'ont cessé que vers 5 heures du matin, nous empêchant de trouver le repos jusque là Outre qu'il est surprenant que ce genre de soirée soit permise dans un lieu normalement dévolu au sommeil, je suggérerai qu'en connaissance de ce type d'activité, l'établissement pourrait attribuer aux clients des chambres se situant du côté opposé à la source de nuisance. La direction porte bien entendu la responsabilité de ce type de désagrément et de l'image que cela en donne.

Nous aurions apprécié d'être informé que le lit n'en était pas un : Il s'agit d'un canapé convertible clic-clac d'assez mauvaise qualité Et peu confortable. en dehors de cela rien à dire, Le logement était propre calme et bien situé. Il fallait se rendre à la réception de l'hôtel ce qui n'était pas non plus précisé à la réservation et donc source de confusion.

Für eine Nacht ausreichend, bei einem längeren Urlaub sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Die Wohnungen waren sehr zentral gelegen.

Ein Zimmer hatte einen sehr starken Eigengeruch, und bei geöffnetem Fenster war der Straßenlärm sehr störend. Die Betten waren teilweise sehr hart. Außerdem waren die Zimmer relativ klein.

Très déçu par cette psudo "Résidence d'Artagnan" fantôme ne soit un artifice-

La pseudo Résidence D'Artagnan n'existe pas (affichage, guide,réception..) Bizarre qu'on doive sonner à l'Hotel de France *** (?) pour avoir les cjés d'un studio situé au 52 , accès par une porte non sécurisée, dans un couloir anonyme empli de chariots de linges, avec un ascenceur sans consigne ni rapport avec Résidence d'Artagnan; Est elle vraiment déclarée (Info à la DCGRFF ?) ? Ensuite dans la chambre poussière, radiateur rouillé, salle d'eau petit lavabo, pas de tablette, armoire de toilette vétuste, manque une porte, douche avec moisi sur joints et liquide douche (unique) à hauteur quasi inaccessible et impossible de récuperer du liquide sans presque le casser.... J'en passe et des meilleures. Petit déjeuner sommaire et même à 9h15 manque croissants, pain décongelé..

L'hébergement est très bien situé de par son parking et la proximité des commerces et lac. Il y a un ascenseur. La chambre était bien grande, la kitchenette était vétuste mais un plus pour les boissons fraîches. Essuis à disposition c'est toujours un gain de place dans la valise.

La douche trop étroite. Pas de climatisation et donc il faut choisir entre avoir chaud ou ouvrir les fenêtres et ne pas dormir dû à la musique ou aux fêtards.
