Fajny widok.
Ocenę ratuje to, że otwieracz do piwa był w scyzoryku :) Gospodarze kontaktowi i odpisują na bieżąco. Mieszkanie czyste i po przemalowaniu - bez tapet i pleśni (w przeciwieństwie do mieszkań we Francji). Woda ciepła płynie na bieżąco. Nie żałuję tego wyboru, chciałbym aby tego typu mieszkania były co 100km, ale do "top" trzeba jeszcze nad mieszkaniem popracować :) Stare okna drewniane z nowymi klamkami - dobra idea! Przyciemnienia okien spełniają swoją rolę. Cicha i spokojna okolica, w dni powszednie trzeba uważać na młodzież na hulajnogach elektrycznych jadących do szkoły.
Obcokrajowcy mogą mieć problem z umiejscowieniem śmietników pod blokiem w betonowym schowku. Mi uświadomili to Panowie ze śmieciarki. Jeśli wymaga się segregacji, to warto zostawić więcej worków i pojemników na różne rodzaje śmieci, a tego tu zabrakło. Może być w niektóre dni problem z parkowaniem auta na noc, bo auto zostawia się dosłownie na ulicy pod obcymi domami. Mało komfortowe i ludzie dają odczuć, że nie chcą Twojego auta obok (zdziwienie, jak rozmawiasz po niemiecku :) ). Trochę szersze i lepsze łóżko wraz z lepszymi poduszkami uzupełniłoby pełny komfort i podwyższyło ocenę. Szyba oddzielająca prysznic jest źle umiejscowiona (chodzi o minimetry) i jakaś część wody może płynąć na środek łazienki, jeśli na bieżąco tego nie odgarniesz lub nie położysz ręcznika (który weźmie na siebie tę wodę i będzie długo się suszył).
