Lekker huis vlakbij zee en op een park

Goede bedden, grote tuin, veel glaswerk en bestek. En rustige omgeving vlakbij het strand (900 meter). En ook niet ver van een grote Jumbo voor boodschappen.

Doucheputje loopt niet goed door, veel condens in de douche en verwarming blijft steeds aan

Familienzeit, fast wie daheim.

Tolle Ausstattung, selbst die Küchenausstattung lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Senseo-Kaffeemaschine und normale Filtermaschine vorhanden. Lediglich ein Schneidebrett würde ich ergänzen. Im Schlafzimmer unten wäre ein Regal neben dem Waschbecken eine sinnvolle Ergänzung.

Gibt nix zu meckern.

Holland immer wieder gerne

Wir kommen gerne nach Holland. Hier kann man wunderbar und ohne Angst Fahrrad fahren. Als Hundebesitzer ist man auch willkommen. Das Haus würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Es ist alles sehr teuer geworden. Lebensmittel, Restaurant Besuche usw.

Wir hatten in der Vergangenheit schon besser Häuser erlebt ! Urlaub mit vielen Hindernissen. Nicht schön .

Das Ferienhaus war sauber in gutem und sauberen Zustand. Es machte eine gepflegten Eindruck. Aber dann ….

Bei der Ankunft hatte das Haus eine Innentemperatur von ganzen 12 Grad !!! Es dauerte am Anreisetag bis 19:30 Uhr die Innentemperatur auf 19 Grad zu bringen. Temperaturen von 21 /22 Grad ließen sich in der Folgezeit bewerkstelligen. Außentemperatur am Anreisetag 4 Grad ! Bis dahin war frieren oder frösteln angesagt. In einem Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss funktionierte die Heizung nur zu einem Drittel des Heizkörpers. Das Nutzerpaar dieses Zimmers hatte auch schon in Erwägung gezogen, wieder abzureisen. Sie hatten die ganze Nacht sich den Po fast abgefroren. Aber die Anfrage bei dem Vermietungsbüro hat am Folgetag das Problem mit dem Heizkörper schnell gelöst. Wir waren zu 6 Personen. 5 Frühstücksteller, 5 Eierbecher. Auch das wurde seitens des Vermietungsbüros schnell nachgeliefert. Im Badezimmer existiert kein Heizkörper ! Das Duschen wurde von uns schon in Frage gestellt. Ein Standheizlüfter wurde vom Vermietungsbüro zur Verfügung gestellt. Im Vorfeld hatten wir im Büro nachgefragt, ob eine Kaffeemaschine vor Ort ist. Nur eine Senseo. Für 6 Personen eher unpraktisch. Eine Kaffeemaschine wurde vor der Anreise in das Haus gestellt. Die beiden Schlafräume im Obergeschoss sind nur mit Kommoden ausgestattet. Also ein Schrank zum Aufhängen von Bekleidung: Fehlanzeige. Wand oder Türhaken : Komplette Fehlanzeige. Blieb also nur aus weitestgehenst aus dem Koffer zu leben ! Das Problem Heizung begleitet einen täglich. Die automatische Nachtabsenkung stand auf 15 Grad. Also Morgens war es kalt in der Hütte !!! Der Abfluss in der Spüle klappte. Jedoch das Absperrventil bzw. Der Stopfen klappte nicht. Man ließ heißes Wasser einlaufen und rubbedidupp war alles wieder abgelaufen. Dafür war der Abfluss des Waschbeckens des Schlafzimmers im EG leicht verstopft. Die Dusche wurde am 4. Tag aufgrund eines verstopften Abflusses komplett geflutet. Im Sommer mögen die Verhältnisse und die Austattung bedingt passen. Im Winter auf keinen Fall.

Schöner ruhiger Herbsturlaub, Breskens und Strand gefiel mir gut. Auch die Nähe zu Brügge ist toll.

dauerhafter Heizbetrieb, das Thermostat stellte sich selbst zurück nach einiger Zeit und es wurde z.B. nachts zu kalt. 15 min zu Fuß zum Strand
