Disappointement on disappointement + hidden cost. The final price doesn’t worth the quality of the stay, at all.

The location is good, next to the sea and perfect for walking

The pictures didn’t reflect at all the real accommodation. I was really disappointed when I arrived at the bungalow, nothing compared to the pictures I saw on booking. We had holes in the doors, old furnitures, dirty wallpaper, broken decorations, etc. In reality it’s nothing compare to the pictures showing what it could be. Communication with staff is definitely not optimal. And there is a lot of hidden cost: baby chair, towels (that we didn’t even have at our arriva), bed linen (we asked for made bad, and nothing was done). No other services open (no pool, no little market, no coffee bar, no restaurant), even if it’s not the high season, minimal service would be appreciated. I wouldn’t recommend that for families that value nice environment, professional hospitality staff and comfort. Definitely not the right place.

great location with beautiful holiday house. would come back again!

Location and the holiday house itself, which has lots of windows so we got lots of light! the interior design is also a plus point minimalistic but still got a touch of marine theme. Enjoy the fact that we had a set of outdoor sofa and dining table on a big terrace. Love the kitchen! One bed feet was broken and after reported it, directly came a maintenance person and fixed in quickly Since we‘ve got a little baby, we appreciated the baby/ children swimming pool. However, water temperature could be a bit warmer for baby.

Floor was not cleaned, our barefoot became dirty in no time. I had to mop the floor twice before it got cleaned! otherwise everything‘s else is clean.

Niet gekregen waarvoor betaald is!

We booked a luxury home with 3 bedrooms. We got a 2 bedroom caravan. Neither Booking.com or the Droomparken was willing to solve the issue. One of the kids had to sleep on the couch. Very bad experience especially when there are a lot of other nice locations available in the area.

klein en schoon verblijf. net genoeg voor 1 nacht

de receptie was niet open, het tele4foonnummer kon geen uitkomst bieden en ook geen oplossing aangeven. Best wel even bezig geweest om iemand te vinden die de sleutel kon geven. Ze hadden mij een mail gestuurd omtrent het inchecken. aangezien ik 2 uur en 1 kwartier moest reizen om in Breskens te komen heb ik dus geen mail gelezen of gezien. Mijn telefoon ontvangt zo wie zo geen mails. dus dat liep niet lekker, Het huisje is in de nacht gehorig de regendruppels en het hout van de bomen waren de gehele nacht een stoor zender.

Erste Buchung bei booking.com die völlig enttäuschend war echt schade

Ruhige Lage am Hinteren Ausgang des Park mit direkten Zugang zum Deich. Sehr ruhiger Park

Die Unterkunft war nicht die die abgebildet war Ein völlig anderer Baustil. Obwohl mit Parkplatz an der Unterkunft gebucht, war der Parkplatz mit Pöller versperrt und der Park hatte keinen Schlüssel ich bin schwerbehindert und im gehen eingeschränkt und musste nun selber schauen ob in der Nähe eine Unterkunft nicht belegt war, um da dann zu parken, dazu wahren die Mitarbeiter nicht in der Lage das zu prüfen. Die Matratzen waren eine Zumutung das Sofa ebenfalls und da es sich um einen anderen Typ Haus handelte war die Einrichtung auch nicht so wie Angebot unbequem. Die Unterkunft hatte einen Wintergarten die Schiebetüren waren auf und mit einem Schloss verriegelt, zudem war alles mit Laub voll und dreckig. Achtung die Aussage des Park Booking.com würde immer die Bilder der anderen Unterkunft Anzeige man bekommt aber die Unterkunft die frei ist .

Es war alles vorhanden. Alles auf kleinstem Raum. Die Nähe zu Breskens.

Die Lage des Häuschens. Im Sommer würden wir die "Terrasse" nicht gerne nutzen wollen. Zu offen. Der Zugang zum Haus war dreckig und es lag Müll herum.

Lage ist schön

Personal sehr unfreundlich und unflexibel. Wollten Schlüssel nicht rausgeben, da angeblich die Änderung des Gastnamens nicht vorliegt, nach mehreren Telefonaten (Telefonnummer auf Bestätigung falsch) wurde der Schlüssel dann rausgegegeben, angeblich wurde es nicht von Booking übermittelt. Zudem wurde eine Unterkunft mit 3 Doppelbetten gebucht, bekommen haben wir 2 Doppelbetten und 1 Etagenbett. Doppelbetten waren wichtig, da wir schon etwas älter sind. Die Zahlung die an die Unterkunft gezahlt werden muss (ca. 150 Euro), war aufgrund der kurzfristigen Anreise, noch nicht auf dem Konto, also mussten wir vor Ort erneut im bar bezahlen. Am nächsten Tag, war der Geldeingang da, das Bargeld konnte aber nicht zurück gezahlt werden, da es angeblich kein Bargeld vor Ort gibt. Überzahlung sollte in der Folgewoche überwiesen werden, ist aber nie passiert.

Das chalet war sehr schön, die Lage top, der Service super, alles bestens.

Wir haben den late Check out gebucht und dafür 35 Euro bezahlt anstatt 10 Uhr 12 Uhr auschecken, daß fanden wir schon etwas teuer, so in der absoluten Nebensaison.....aber das war ja unsere Entscheidung.

De ligging van Europarcs Schoneveld was erg goed, vlak aan het strand.

De inrichting van het huisje zeer eenvoudig en gedateerd.

Die Lage ist prinzipiell gut…

Alles war sehr alt und ungepflegt und schmutzig. Das warme Wasser hat nicht funktioniert.Am vorletzten Tag haben wir eine Kakerlake im Bett gefunden und sind daher einen Tag eher als geplant abgereist. Ich habe das Team angeschrieben. Einen Reaktion auf meine Anfrage dazu gab es nicht.

Sehr schönes Haus mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet

Wir verlebten ein wunderschönes Wochenende in Breskens. Wir betraten das Haus mit der Bezeichnung "Friedas Beachhouse" und fühlten uns wohl. Selbst das Lesen der 'Hausordnung' war lustig :-) Man merkt mit jedem Wort... hier möchte jemand, dass man sich wohlfühlt! Wir lasen überrascht, dass im Schuppen Fahrräder stehen und genutzt werden können, was wir natürluch auch gerne nutzten. Alles da, alles sauber...

We hebben ons vermaakt

Dicht bij het strand

Dat het zwembad al om 5 uur dicht was. We waren met onze kleinkinderen. Overdag naar een bezienswaardigheid en dan gaan we 's avonds met ze naar het zwembad. We hadden voor deze locatie gekozen vanwege het zwembad, dat was echter om 5 uur dicht. De kussens die vallen altijd overal tegen, zijn maar slappe theezakjes. Badkamer mag een update hebben. En misschien een stapelbed inplaats van 2 een persoonsbedden en dan een laag kledingkastje.

Die Unterkunft war leider viel zu klein, es war noch nichteinmal Platz um den Koffer abzustellen!

Es roch alles nach Schimmel, und es war nicht sauber!
