The Summit E2 Kingston ACT

1. Instructions to collect the keys were clear, as this is a property managed by an agent. 2. Very well equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including an air fryer. 3. Spacious sitting area, fully carpeted and well maintained. 4. Very good Internet connection 5. Two double sofas meant the entire family could be together, in addition there were extra chairs as well. 6. Large 6 seater dinner table that can easily accommodate upto 8 people. 7. Laundry area with dryer, pedestal fans, press stand, drying clothes stand, 8. Huge outer balcony with automated awnings - opens to face a park in the evening where we could see toddlers and kids run about, in what is otherwise a concrete city (Canberra). 9. Proximity to market - everything within a 800m range, including some good food options and Coles. Most meals were eaten outside except breakfast.

1. A little bit of too much instructions, including warning reminders to take the keys when leaving the house (on the main door and on centre table), else you could incur charges. It felt like being back in school, and I guess the property management company did not want to be disturbed out of office hours. I'm guessing past experience has taught the property management to be more cautious, and I wouldn't hold it against them - just the rhetoric felt a bit on the higher side. Other than this, there was nothing really to complain about. I would rate this property very high, as a Genius member, just for its completeness, a home away from home.

The apartment is very comfortable, well appointed and close to everything we enjoy in CBR.

More body wash or soap would have been useful.

The property is older than the pictures online suggested. Keys didn't work properly, the remote for the roller door ran out of battery and the hire car got stuck inside. The office is not open on the weekend you are on your own as managed by Canberra accommodation which has an office at a separate location.

Good living space, did not feel cramped at all. Good selection of appliances and crockery in kitchen. Very handy location for getting to most tourist attractions; supermarket within walking distance.

No internet available for first 5 days of our stay and no staff available to assist due to it being the week between Xmas and new year. Pillows were flat and provided no neck support at all; dining chairs did not feel sturdy; very minimal supplies provided for week long stay. The door to one bedroom could not be closed easily due to the mattress being too long and blocking the door.
