Poor communication (no English), the shower had a problem with the drain and all the floor was full of water after a shower.

Ski Center 2 Malina'ya yürüyerek 15 dk mesafede, çok hafif bir yokuşu var ancak tertemiz havada yürümek harika, elbette aracınızla da gidebilirsiniz. Oda çok kullanışlı ve geniş. Isıtma çok iyi, hiç üşümedik, sıcak su da gayet stabil akıyor. Çöpler her gün düzenli olarak biz odada değilken alındı. Çarşaflar, havlular falan tertemizdi. Çekyatta alez mevcuttu ve yatak hazır yapılmıştı gittiğimizde. Mini buzdolabı iyi çalışıyor, etlerimiz buzluk kısmında hiç çözülmedi. Bolca priz var Türkiye'dekilerin aynısı. Binada 2 asansör var, bekleme derdi yok. Yeterli otopark var hatta biz aracımız buzda kayabilir diye düşünerek yokuşu dönmeden ilk park yerine park ettik ancak otelin hemen önünde de park yerleri mevcut. Seneye de buraya gelmeyi düşünüyoruz. Ufak tefek demeden her sorumuza anında cevap verdiler aylar öncesinden başlayarak. Güler yüzlü bir aile işletmesi.

Duvarların ses yalıtımı çok iyi değil, yan odadaki horlama sesleri adeta bizim odadaydı. Kulak tıkacıyla duyulmuyor. Onun dışında geceleri çok sakindi, sessizlik hakim çoğunlukla.
