Very small chalet suitable for a couple or one person. The bed was super comfy, and the chalet was spotless. The location is excellent to get up to Avoriaz. 5-7min walk to the Prodains express. If you can ski reds, it's pretty much ski to door, if not take the goldola back down. Very quiet. Would definitely recommend. You can get a shuttle bus into Morzine which takes about 15-20min.
No ski storage, but we just put our stuff in the shower cubicle. Probably safe enough to leave outside on the balcony, but we chose not to. If it snows and there is freeze thaw conditions, the path leading up to the stairs is very slippery. Not easy when you are trying to get luggage down. No shops in the vicinity, for groceries, you need to go into Avoriaz or Morzine Town Centre

Beautiful chateau, very quaint & picturesque. Amazing location near the Prodain lift. Comfy bed, great shower. Heating worked really well
Needs a toaster as no oven/grill. Need more cooking utensils. Quite small but ok for 2 people for a short break

Location was amazing, just under Prodains cable car up to Avoriaz, very near ski rental shop and served by free shuttle bus around Morzine. Chalet itself was in a really picturesque setting, quieter than in the main town which suited us very well. The chalet was so beautiful, cosy, and warm. Check-in and check-out were flawless experiences.
