About this apartment rental
Very nice duplex apartment, completely renovated. Equipped for 6 people. Balcony facing south-east with magnificent views over all of Avoriaz and the mountains. On the 12th and last floor of the Malinka residence.
Past the fitted entrance, the living space includes a large fully equipped kitchen with combined oven / microwave, ceramic hob, large fridge / freezer and washing machine. Dining area and living room with TV. Shower room and separate wc.
On the lower level, the beds are distributed as follows: a bedroom with 1 double bed (160 x 200), TV and plenty of storage. Balcony with view over the Morzine valley. A second, smaller bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x190) and a sleeping area with 2 bunk beds (80x190) and TV. Bathroom with bath, separate wc.
Wifi internet access.
Ski locker in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment.
Pets not allowed
Bed linen delivered to your apartment and end of stay cleaning included.
