Very nice decor , furnishings, kitchen and lounge area
Bedrooms spacious and comfortable beds
The access is NOT from London road it’s via Winchester street this should be stated , have to climb 2 flights of stairs, could not use tv’s , noise from London rd disturbs sleep, girl’s shouting

Great location, good facilities, very comfy beds, clean and tidy, dedicated parking space.
Bathroom door couldn't be closed due to a faulty handle, damaged socket blew my hair dryer.

Central location, 20 mins walk to train station. 30 mins walk to St Mary's, Southampton Stadium. Great communication from host. Bright and modern, front door to street for ease of access throughout stay.

Great location.
The worst part of all was how awful the blinds in the bedrooms were. As soon as the sun rose in the morning you’re awake- you might as well have a torch shining in your face it is SO bright! We could not sleep and the whole group hardly got any sleep because of this. After one night, I messaged the owner about this to see if there was anything they can do for night 2 but I had no response and still haven’t had any response on leaving. The pillows were awful too so thin we had to fold them for it to be somewhat comfortable. And the hidden cost of paying a deposit once you’ve already paid is cheeky!
