Very good Breakfast. Excellent service facility was very good. Very friendly staff and value of money. Nice location, you can get to different places easily.

The staff was nice and friendly. Room was clean and spacious.

Confusing breakfast arrangements. Upon arrival I was advised breakfast is available with surcharge but in the morning I was advised that I was supposed to make reservations for breakfast day before. Also was hungry around midnight and wanted to exit hotel but metal gates were locked with padlock and security was not around. Took almost 10 min to be able to leave the property. Not a good safety feature. Elevators don’t work after midnight so had to walk up to 6th floor.

The room quality is acceptable, but there are a few issues that affected my experience. There was no tissue in the bathroom and no hand wash at the basin upon arrival. Although the staff provided them after I requested, these basic items should have been available from the start. The Wi-Fi in the room is also limited. It only works with the flat-screen TV, where you can watch YouTube, but even that does not function properly after midnight. According to their description, they claim to offer very high-quality service, but in reality, I would rate the overall experience around 5–6 out of 10.
