It had plenty of space and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes, etc.
There wasn’t anything that we didn’t “like” about the property, but there was a situation regarding the plumbing in a shower that required our attention and we were unable to use it for a day. The property manager was able to get it repaired the next day for us, it was appreciated.

Loved this new and modern condo. Good points included garage, veranda, washer/dryer (although took us awhile to figure it out!), and dishwasher. And we saw flamingos a short drive away! We traveled to Seville for a day trip which is very doable from the condo.
I had to count it down slightly because we were only given two bath towels and not enough soaps to get us by and no facial tissue. This seems to be a norm for much of Portugal rentals which doesn’t make sense as these products can’t be a very large financial hardship. The condo is a bit out of town, but we had no problem driving into town and finding parking.

Spacious living space, well equipped kitchen. Balconies with amazing views and comfortable furniture. Great location with easy access to Tavira centre and beaches. Close to excellent golf courses.
Improving the quality and comfort of pillows and mattresses would make this property worthy of a return visit.

Terrace had wonderful views, the pool was lovely, and the accommodation was comfortable.
No response from the host regarding no towels in one bedroom and our concern about overflow of water in one shower. Also no info about how to access the garage - luckily there was parking in front of the building.
