Luxury Private Family Villa. Private Pool and South facing with Sea Views

We enjoyed the house very much. Communication was easy and available. Plenty of towels and bedding (there were only 2 of us) The house is close to old Tavira (25 min walk) and there are several bakeries and coffee places within 8-10 min walk. A mini Aushan is just around the corner, 10 min walk but easier to drive. A car was very handy and there was plenty of parking across the street. It's very private in a culdesac area so minimal traffic going by. Pool was very nice and pretty private as well as the house next door is unoccupied as of now and there is an empty lot on the other side. There's a campground behind house but no one was there during our stay. Everything was clean when we arrived. Access to Olhao and Faro is easy.

Great location and host very helpful but villa needs updating as very tired looking.

We were 8 golfers and the location of the property was perfect for a choice of 8 coursesThe accom was very clean with all mod cons and a beautiful size that we didn’t feel we were on top of each other. It was very clean and only a 20 min walk into Tavira. The pool & BBQ were perfect. The comms with both Robin (owner) and the Management Firm was excellent from start to finish

Problemas na cozinha, com muitas formigas, impossível deixar algo em cima das bancas, dentro da despensa, enfim formigas tínhamos que estar constantemente em limpeza. Outra coisa, baratas também existiam. O meu neto cortou-se, tivemos que ir ao hospital, aliás utilizamos a malinha dos primeiros socorros, da pouca coisa existente. Muito mau, entre a relva artificial e os azulejos, são cortantes, deviam mandar afagar para não ser cortante. Com tudo isto, merece mesmo assim uma nota razoável.
