Casa do Rio Alva

- The pictures don’t do the location and house justice. It’s great set up, to cook inside/outside, enjoy the shades or sun in the outside deck, access the river on a paddle board or heat up/cool the house with a different alternatives for the day and night - ground floor with kitchenette and living room for a shared space, a nice view near the sofa of the river and where you can see the kids/other house members go in and out of the river - comfortable rooms - feels like a secluded location, a good place to rest and stay, and yet not far from grocery or restaurants in the area.

- A house that is nicely renovated but noise insolation between ground floor and 1st floor is limited due to the age/structure of the house. Only an issue if house members have very different sleep and wake up schedules. Otherwise, it’s just a note worth knowing beforehand.

A Casa do Rio é muito charmosa, muito acolhedora e funcional. A cozinha está bem equipada. O alpendre com vista ao rio o meu favorito. O acesso ao rio super fácil e isso encantou os miúdos. Fizemos churrascos todas as noites. A vizinhança muito simpática, é uma casa inserida entre hortas, é fantástico observar toda a fauna e flora.

Abseits gelegen und sehr schöne Terrasse, die Zimmer sind gut aufgeteilt.

Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig.
