Everything was communicated effectively and in a timely manner prior to arriving. I did send photos of minor previous damages and was contacted by the host early next morning.
Out of the properties control but I do wish the bands at the restraunts played after 7pm 😔 on more than one evening even on the weekend there was no band after 7...

The apartment is very nice, open and bright. The huge windows and their view out onto Shelter Cove is amazing and the sunsets and sunrises are a treat. Location on the island is ideal and you can walk to a great french coffee shop, restaurants, bars, and waterfront walking and biking is right outside. Pool was lovely and well maintained. And if you want to do a water adventure, it’s at your doorstep. Rooms and bathrooms are comfortable. And it was super clean. Kitchen nicely appointed with everything you need.
We were not notified that the building had been undergoing an extensive exterior renovation, so there was ongoing painting, ladders, lifts and scaffolding that we hadn’t expected. Every weekday that of our stay. My wife and I are both architects in NYC and I am actually supervising a similar type of job. But I was not expecting to encounter this during my time there. It was a little noisy and one of our terraces was encased in the scaffolding. Just wish we had been giving a heads up to expect this work.

It was spacious and had everything we needed… loved it
Nothing… had a few glitches with the shower drains, but it ended up working… so no big deal. 😊
