Location, excellent. All of the other stuff horrible.

The property is in a unbelievable location. 10 out of 10. The price was totally fine.

It’s a very old apartment, the furniture is like from back of 50s. We never had any hot water, the carpets on the floor are filthy. The place needs urgently a make up. Right outside the out door, there is a little place selling hamburgers and it’s so noisy. They closed at 3:00 am. On a Sunday night. It’s impossible to sleep. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Es la cuarta vez que nos hospedamos ahí ya que las instalaciones son muy cómodas y sobretodo por lo céntrico que se encuentra

La excelente ubicación, dejas tu carro en la casa y puedes caminar por todo el centro, es la segunda vez que me hospedó son muy cómodas las instalaciones

Excelente ubicación; pésimo servicios básicos.

La ubicación es lo mejor de todo. A solo unos pasos del centro de Zacatlán. No hay necesidad de tomar taxis, ni usar transporte ni auto. Excelentes lugares para comer, beber y cerca de todas las tiendas y el mirador.

Los servicios. La casa no está en las mejores condiciones de higiene y lo que más me decepcionó fue el agua caliente para bañarse. No funcionó el agua caliente y al ser un clima frío, era indispensable el agua caliente y eso retraso gran parte de nuestro día y al llevar a personas de la tercera edad no pudieron bañarse ese día. Tuvimos que calentar agua en ollas y en la estufa. La televisión nunca tuvo señal y fue imposible ver la televisión.

Bien pero con algunos detalles…

La ubicación, esta amplia, limpia y el anfitrión es sumamente atento y amable.

Las almohadas están pésimas, tanto que estoy sin poder mover el cuello desde la noche 1, los colchones ya con mucho uso, se entierran los resortes, duros, de muy mala calidad, en una de la habitaciones no hubo luz pues no sirve el interruptor, no había corriente en algunos contactos y no se podía encender la TV.
