Buena estancia, pero con detalles en servicios básicos

La habitación es acogedora. Las cobijas son muy calientitas, así que no pasas frío, y la cama también es cómoda. El personal es amable desde el momento en que llegas. En mi caso, llegué a las cinco de la tarde y me respetaron sin problema la reservación de Booking sin necesidad de avisarles. Ya la tenían registrada; solo llegué a firmar. Si tu plan es ir al centro de Chignahuapan, sí queda algo retirado. Pero si vas directo a las aguas termales, es una muy buena opción.

Encontramos sucias las cafeteras y la jarra eléctrica para calentar líquidos. Otro punto importante es que mi estancia fue para cinco personas. Nos asignaron dos cabañas conectadas; sin embargo, notamos que la presión del agua bajaba considerablemente cuando dos personas se bañaban al mismo tiempo. Esto nos obligó a bañarnos de uno en uno y retrasó nuestra salida. Además, la temperatura del agua caliente también disminuía. Incluso, alrededor del mediodía se cortó totalmente el suministro de agua, y aún nos faltaban algunos trastes por lavar. El personal nos comentó que esto sucede porque todo el hotel depende de un solo tinaco y en ese momento muchos huéspedes lo estaban usando. Considero que esto no debería ocurrir, ya que se debe garantizar agua y buena presión en todo momento. Como sugerencia adicional, la regadera no apunta directamente hacia la persona, sino hacia una pared, lo que complica el baño.

Me encantó el chalet, perfecto para las 6 personas que fuimos, muy acogedor, las habitaciones limpias y los baños igual

Sugeriría únicamente revisar el sapo del baño porque a veces no cerraba y se escapaba el agua Probablemente poner un insecticida por si encontramos arañas que es lógico por la zona en la que se encuentra ubicado.

Nada, la anfitriona es una neurótica déspota. No respetó nuestra reservación ya pagada, y nos echó con ofensas y agresividad, el lugar es un asco y muy inseguro.
