Brindleshaw Barn

The Barn is perfectly located between our families, making it an ideal base for our stay. The accommodation is bright, spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for the three of us and our dog. Ruth and Dennis were welcoming and said we could close the gate so the dog could safely enjoy the garden. Trosley Country Park is only a short distance away, which was a bonus.

The shower cubicle was a little on the small side, though it didn’t cause any real inconvenience. The only other minor issue was a crack in the kitchen window.

Mooie grote tuin, comfortabel huisje voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Zeer vriendelijke mensen. Het huisje ligt naast hun huis met gedeelde oprit en tuin. Zeer dicht bij station, waardoor we met de trein naar Londen konden gaan en niet met de auto in de file moesten staan.

De tuinstoelen zijn aan vernieuwing toe, maar we hadden er wel en konden ze zetten waar we wilden, in de schaduw of zon.

We were very kindly received by the owners. They live next door so you can always contact them when needed. The barn is a bit remote, but that's exactly what we wanted: rural environment in the woods. COOP in Istead Rise (a few miles) and restaurants in Meopham. Parking on the property itself. The accommodation was renovated in 2022. Only one minus, very small bathroom with little space in the shower. Everything is provided for a BBQ. A highly recommended accommodation.
