There was no way to regulate the floor heating, we had to keep windows open otherwise it was too hot in the room.

Great location, nice view from the window in any direction. varied and delicious breakfast, freshly squeezed juices, homemade jams, etc. Plentiful and relatively inexpensive dinner (adults 20eur/ kids 15eur) Excellent spa center with a large pool and good saunas. WiFi 4+ It is pleasant to walk around the city on foot, there are many cafes and shops, right next to you. Very picturesque location.
Roadside rooms are disturbed by noise from passing cars. But there is a choice of rooms with a quiet location along the river. Slightly outdated fixtures in the bathroom, in some places in need of updating. The car park is always full to capacity, but there is a free city car park 200 meters from the hotel, so it's not such a big deal. At dinner, an employee will come up to you and stubbornly offer free tours, refuse if you do not speak Italian. In general, the hotel is already quite old, but clean and the staff is quite friendly.

Ottima accoglienza e staff sempre gentile e sorridente. I piatti del ristorante a cena sono stati davvero eccellenti, così come l’intrattenimento serale dell'animazione, piacevole anche per gli adulti. Ero già stata qui diversi anni fa e conservavo un bellissimo ricordo delle giornate trascorse in hotel: sono davvero felice di aver ritrovato la stessa qualità anche oggi.
Abbiamo soggiornato due notti per seguire le gare delle Olimpiadi e sciare, quindi non siamo riusciti a partecipare alle escursioni organizzate dall’hotel… ma torneremo volentieri per provarle!

Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero fantastico in questo hotel e non potrei essere più soddisfatto della mia esperienza. Fin dal momento dell’arrivo sono stato accolto con grande cortesia e professionalità: il personale si è dimostrato estremamente attento, sempre sorridente e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta con rapidità ed efficienza. La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, gli ambienti sono puliti, confortevoli e accoglienti. La camera in legno meravigliosa, spaziosa, silenziosa e perfettamente ordinata, ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata intensa. Ho apprezzato molto anche la qualità dei servizi offerti, tutti all’altezza delle aspettative. Un plauso speciale va allo staff, la loro disponibilità e gentilezza hanno fatto davvero la differenza, facendomi sentire come a casa. È raro trovare un team così attento alle esigenze degli ospiti e capace di creare un’atmosfera così piacevole. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno all’insegna del comfort e dell’ospitalità. Sicuramente tornerò!
