Everything was great. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a satisfactory range of options. The room was cozy and clean. 5 min walking to the city centre.

Great location, especially to bus station.

I can’t say enough about this hotel. Grounds were beautiful, staff was amazing; the room was clean, spacious and had an incredible view of the mountains, church, and valley. The Turkish bath was a special treat that we enjoyed after hiking. Dinner and breakfast were also top shelf! Thank you to Mario and son for such professional and thoughtful service.

Excellent hotel in an absolutely beautiful location

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Service was excellent. Breakfast was very good, including made to order eggs. We were on the top floor with skylights that opened to see the stars and allow a nice breeze in. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

an amazing expiriemce.

we had a really nice welcome by the staff and mario the owner himself upon arrival. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to the area , very suitable for those using bicycles.

the fact the rooms have no ac but we requested a fan and it was immidiately dleivered to our room.

The owners did a remarkable job restoring an old villa into a wonderful hotel! Two or three blocks from the center of town, quiet location. Giacomo and his brother could not have be more hospitable and friendly.

The only thing I would suggest: provide towels and soap dispensers in the spa area

Easily exceeded expectations

The staff was very helpful, specifically Giacamo. They exceed with attention to detail. Spa was very nice. Massages available.

Lack of a/c, but that is standard for the region. It was unseasonably warm, but they gave us a fan. We couldn’t be more happy with this hotel.

Air con not available , had to have window open so was noisy from traffic and church bell The bath had no shower screen around it so awkward when showering

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura elegante un week end e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La camera era spaziosa ben arredata . Lo staff gentile e molto professionale, pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta. La cena è colazione offre una vasta scelta di dolci e salato con prodotti di ottima qualità. Centro benessere molto apprezzato. Un albergo sicuramente da ritornare 😊

Tutto ruota attorno alla figura di “Mario” che gestisce e risolve. Fondamentale.

C’è un problema di capienza posti auto ma c’è un ampio parcheggio pubblico a pochi metri (con colonnine di ricarica per auto elettriche, per me essenziale).

Relax, comfort e ottima cucina

Soggiorno davvero bellissimo. La spa è molto grande e curata, perfetta per rilassarsi. Il ristorante è fantastico: colazione buonissima e cene sempre molto curate e particolari. Un grande punto a favore è stata l’attenzione alle allergie del mio ragazzo, lo staff è stato estremamente attento e scrupoloso, cosa tutt’altro che scontata. Posizione ottimale, proprio vicino al centro del paese, davvero molto carino. Le piste da sci di San Martino di Castrozza sono raggiungibili in circa 20 minuti. Comodissimo anche il parcheggio coperto, ampio e spazioso. Ci è anche stato permesso di lasciare le valigie presso l’hotel dopo il check out. Consigliatissimo!
