La parking, la propreté, la situation géographique, la déco, le contact avec Sabine
Dommage la clim avec la machine très bruyante la nuit, pas possible de dormir avec car beaucoup de chaleur le 1er jour, le bruit des gens qui rentrent tard la nuit, le studio est situé juste au dessus de l'entrée, et les femmes de ménage le matin qui (ce n'est pas leur faute) trainent les caddy de nettoyages pour entrer..

Das Studio liegt ruhig über der Eingangstüre (1. OG) der höchsten "Pyramide" gegenüber der Geschäftszeile und ist ruhig. Nasszelle modern, Einrichtung vollständig. Alle Geschäfte und einige Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Die Verwaltung ist bemüht. Verlässlich erhielt ich die Nachrichten für den Bezug und das Auschecken.
Die Beschreibung war jedoch nicht klar, daher suchte ich fast eine Stunde. Man muss schon genau auf den Text achten. Leider erhält man nur BOOKING Nachrichten ohne Telefonnummer, auf die man nicht direkt antworten kann. Das Apartment war nicht sauber, Mülltüte des Vorgängers stand im Zimmer, das Laken war benutzt und die Bettwäsche sehr unbefriedigend. Der Boden war ebenfalls nicht gereinigt.
