    The staff was good and they changed my room because hot water was coming.

    My experience at this hotel was disappointing. There were several issues with room cleanliness, maintenance, and basic amenities. - Cleanliness: There was some black-coloured substance or material on the wall, and cockroaches were present in the room. - Air conditioning: The AC was not working properly. The temperature displayed on the AC unit remained stuck at 24°C, while the remote showed 16°C. When we reported this to the staff, they told us to refer to the remote display and said the AC display was faulty, but the issue was not resolved. - TV: The television was not working. - Bathroom: The bathroom was in a very poor condition when we arrived. - Basic amenities: No towels, soap, or drinking water were provided. - Bedding: The blanket did not have a proper cover, which was unhygienic and uncomfortable. The only positive aspects were the quick check-in and check-out processes. However, these conveniences do not make up for the poor cleanliness, faulty facilities, and lack of basic amenities. Overall, the room did not meet reasonable expectations for hygiene, comfort, and service. I hope the management takes these complaints seriously and improves room maintenance and housekeeping. I would not recommend this hotel unless these issues are properly addressed.

    All rooms are of equal size of 10 metre square. TV, telephone are not working. There is no parking space. Staff is rude to the customers. Not worth booking
