Ideal location. Comfortable beautiful clean little house.

We liked everything about the accommodation. The only thing I would add would be a bedside table on both sides of the bed.

Very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Great location and although it is situated in the middle of town, it is on a side street and quiet. It was beautifully warm , clean and cosy.

Unfortunately there was building work very close by which started at 7.30am during my stay. There is a large bin and recycling area outside the fence flat, which didn't look pleasant. Perhaps a more secure lock on the fence entrance could enhance security and a few tubs of flowers on the doorstep would look welcoming. A small stepladder would also be helpful as I couldn't easily reach the kitchen cupboards.

Cosy and comfortable property in a perfect location.

The property was warm, comfortable and well appointed. The location was perfect for visiting Hereford being very close to the Old House, a key landmark of the city centre. The owner kept in touch regularly with notifications.

Some information including recommendations of things to see and places to eat might have been useful.

Loved it

We stayed at Booth Hall Coach House for 6 nights and enjoyed every minute. The accommodation was charming and immaculate, with modern decor and furniture and we especially loved the old beams. The area was quiet, especially at night and we found the mattress a little creaky when turning over, but the shower was hot and a couple of shampoo and body wash sachets had been left for us. The kitchen was extremely well equipped which enabled us to eat in as well as well as eat out and there was coffee, tea, sugar and sachets of milk, which was really appreciated after a long journey by train. We arrived mid morning and the extremely helpful house keepers kindly stored our bags allowing us to go off to enjoy our day. The accommodation is situated right in the middle of town and shops, restaurants, bars and attractions are accessible within minutes. It was our first visit to Hereford and Booth Hall Coach House but it definitely won't be our last. Thank you so much.

Perhaps the creaky mattress but not enough to put us off staying again.

The location is perfect, and the space in the house is ideal for a weekend getaway. You are walking distance from a lot of the tourist spots, which is ideal.

A good option with room for improvement

Comfortable property with stylish decor and good quality furnishings. Amazing central location.

As a solo traveller, it’s difficult to know if you’ve locked the door securely from the inside. There was also a problem using the oven, but a message requesting help was not responded to. A sign on the wall suggested that manuals / instructions are in the property, but these could not be located.

Superb.

The property was fantastic. Decor was lovely, everything worked at it should, piping hot water and the property was warm, comfortable and clean. The location is fabulous right in the town and close to the cathedral. Super.

Almost faultless. Being really picky, we missed a tv in the bedroom, and a user guide for the heating and tv would have been useful.

Great apartment but noisy work vans spoilt the stay.

Work vans directly outside every morning from 0730 banging doors. No chance of a lie in.

Bit of a let down.

It was warm, clean and comfortable and finished to a high standard.

Lack of parking. Unclear directions for accessing the property. Lack of WiFi to the tv. I had to contact the host several times to get the WiFi network and password but it would only work on our devices and not the tv and there was no terrestrial tv cable. She did not get back to me when I asked for help with this. We watch films with my phone propped up on a chair.

Great self contained property near the Cathedral.

Well situated near the centre of Hereford, with the Cathedral, shopping, restaurants and other places of interest within easy walking distance. The property was spotlessly clean and well laid out with the sitting room/kitchen on the ground floor, with the bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. Certainly well maintained and looked after. Although there is no parking adjacent to the property, there are a number of public car parks pretty close. We used Gaol St which only cost us £8.30 for 40 hrs parking.

Great location, everything you need right in the centre of town.

Location was perfect. Quiet despite being in town. Well maintained property, cleanliness, warm and good facilities.

Wi-fi, could not connect despite being left codes etc. Personally found the bed uncomfortable- ok for one or two nights but we stayed for four. So would put me off booking ok for a holiday. Lack of parking (there was parking outside the property for permit holders - so would be good if you could buy a permit for the stay).

A fantastic location - The Coach House could not be more central to all the attractions of Hereford. The property was very clean and comfortable.

Basic no finishing touches and some things not working

it was reasonably comfortable for a weekend and very central

There were a few problems: there welcome notice said there was an information pack, but there was none; although the staff member who came quickly when we called said everything was self-explanatory the front door lock was tricky to use, and the oven dial could have benefitted from instructions. The tv aerial was not plugged in (in fact it was the wrong end and couldn’t be plugged in) and the Wi-Fi was too slow to support IPlayer. We had planned a relaxing evening on Sunday after a busy weekend and were sorry not to be able to watch tv. The staff on call said they couldn’t help. There were no games books or other alternative diversions. The only mirror in the whole place was on the bathroom cabinet.

the only tiny niggle is the WiFi! everything is perfect just apart from the WiFi and access (downstairs) to 4G
