Cloud at Fleet Heights Apartment Two

Great location and clean & tidy apartment.

Blinds were tough to operate. Some more amenities in the kitchen would be nice.

The location was excellent for us.

Only double bed, could do to be bigger, no bedding for the sofa bed, no curtains and one blind was broken so didn’t work, which made it really light in the bedroom really early. Tv needs tuning in as can only stream on it.

There were problems at the beginning which were resolved politely and timely.

The information provided on the apartment before was overly complicated and harder than necessary to access. Simple text messages with relevant information would have been much more useful.

Location was great,just right in the center,u can see Sainsburys from ur window.Very bright and airy apartment,cosy and just very nice in general

Well,they do charge deposit,which is not stated on booking.com of £150.Wasnt aware of that,as they didnt inform me either.When u checked my bank statement saw that £150 was gone from my account.Called the office and was told they charge deposit in all their properties,been apologized,but still am not happy with the fact that my money was taken from my account without my knowledge and consent.People should know u charge deposit as this is not fair. (money was refunded on my check out day so thats a gd point) Hoovering could have been better as there was lots of bits and bobs on the floor and the rug(plus stains)and some long,blonde hair everywhere on the couch… No hairdryer,even though got told there will be one. The corridor could be hoovered too,as it doesnt look nice at all,clearly the cleaners are too busy. All in all was a gd stay and would stay again,but the deposit bit was a dissapointing bit for me.Mirrors hasnt been wiped,had some water/liquid marks on them. Some stains on towels.
