Ambiente leve arejado e de ótimo tamanho, ótimas instalações, cozinha com utensílios básicos para uma refeição leve. Lugar tranquilo e a paisagem foi satisfatória, próximo de outras praias. Anfitrião Walter foi muito atencioso e rápido nos retornos das msgs. Amei e pretendo futuramente locar novamente.

Acomodação atendeu perfeitamente minhas necessidades. Cozinha equipada para refeições básicas com microondas, fogão elétrico, utensílios de cozinha (fofos, por sinal). Ar condicionado excelente, ventilador na sala, colchões e travesseiros de qualidade.

Fomos muito bem recepcionados pela Lúcia. O kitnet tem um tamanho bom e estava limpinho. A localização é muito boa, perto de comércio e com a praia logo atravessando a avenida.
