About this house rental

Flat again with 1 suite, sleeps 4 people plus a bathroom, living room with integrated kitchen, TV with free Sky, air conditioning, laundry area, balconies one with hammock, garden and place for 1 car, all new and well equipped! They are in flat street to the beach, surrounded by great neighborhood. Total privacy. Totally free of moisture or mold in any dependency. Social area with pool and shower. They are 350 meters from the beach. We are close to malls, restaurants, supermarkets and commerce in general. Rent ANNUAL (from March to mid-December), season, weekends and holidays. We do not accept pets. We've been on the ground for ten years. It is always with pleasure that we receive our guests. We assist with the needs that arise during the stay, and promptly try to solve the problems.

O apartamento é excelente: confortavel, limpo, bem localizado, otimo! Vera é excelente anfitriã e bem atenciosa. o único pequeno problema, apesar de ser um lugar de férias e de desconectar, a internet wifi é bem fraca - não funciona dentro do apartamento e só tem sinal na área comum perto da piscina - isso é importante se voce viaja e quer manter contato com a família.
