Lugar,quarto,cozinha de apoio em cada andar,garagem coberta e área externa linda! Gostamos muito e nos sentimos em casa.
Talvez para ficar perfeito, Wi-Fi no quarto,apesar de ter em toda área de lazer!Mas eu já sabia que no quarto não teria qdo aluguei !

Localização aprazível, silencioso. Chuveiro muito bom.
Vaga de garagem super apertada. Quarto pequeno. Banheiro não tem ducha higiênica. O quarto não tinha vista da paisagem. Sacada voltado para a rua de trás do imóvel.

Acomodação muito boa, recepção muito gentil. O locatário muito educado e atencioso.
Não tem café da manhã no flat e não tem nenhuma padaria próximo. Precisa ir até o centro. Se foram para lá com intensão de tomar café por lá levem já seu café.

O quarto é aconchegante, limpinho e a estrutura do local também é ótima! O que se oferece pelo custo está ótimo.
Não tem sinal de wifi nos quartos e o sinal de operadoras também não pega muito bem. Caso você precise trabalhar como no meu caso, será um problema. Dentro do quarto não possui uma pia, fogãozinho ou microondas pra ser considerado de fato um flat. Passei o natal e não havia lugares abertos para refeições e o local só oferecia microondas, então tive que esquentar uma lasanha congelada. Seria ótimo se oferecessem refeições no local.
